Garces Memorial celebrated the seniors who will be attending college in the fall during their third annual College Commitment Day.

During the ceremony, Congressman Kevin McCarthy spoke to the seniors as their guest speaker.

The event was held Friday morning in the school gymnasium and recognized all of Garces Memorial seniors and the colleges they will be attending in the fall.

Some of the colleges the seniors will be moving on to include: California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, Loyola Marymount University, University of California, Irvine, University of California, Los Angeles, Colorado School of Mines, and Saint Mary's College.

Also celebrating with the Rams were Garces Memorial Rector Monsignor Perry Kavookjian and Mayor Karen Goh.
