Two candidates will face off for the 21st District Congressional Seat in November.

Incumbent David Valadao is being challenged by Selma businessman TJ Cox.

Unofficial numbers show David Valadao, Republican, leading with 63% of the vote and Cox, Democrat, with 37%.

The congressman will be chosen in November.
