A vehicle fire blocked a lane in east Bakersfield for nearly an hour. 

Officials responded to Sterling Road and East Brundage Lane around 10:15 a.m. 

The vehicle was stopped in a turn lane. 

A 23ABC viewer snapped a picture and sent it into the newsroom. 

Officials said the driver is uninjured.
