A vehicle rolled into a canal on Houghton Road near SR-99 on Sunday morning.

CHP is reporting that the vehicle was coming off the SR-99 off ramp when it was struck by a tow truck heading westbound on Houghton.

Two people were inside and one of them was a 6-year-old girl.

The condition of both patients is currently unknown and both were transported.
