UPDATE (November 30, 2017 12:25 p.m.): The driver of the vehicle that slammed into a business in Oildale sustained minor injuries and was taken to Kern Medical.
There were two people inside of the business the vehicle plowed into, a hairdresser doing a 94-year-old clients hair.
Whether the driver was under the influence of drugs or alcohol is still under investigation.
