A vehicle versus pedestrian accident in Southwest Bakersfield left one with minor injuries Monday night.

The accident happened near Ming Ave. and South Real Road.

The driver did not see the pedestrian, who was crossing the road not in a crosswalk, according to authorities. The pedestrian suffered minor injuries.

Drugs, alcohol, and speed were not factors in the accident.
