BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — We told you in December that Victor's Mexican Grill was opening up a new location in East Bakersfield, and now they will be having their soft opening next week!

According to the Victor's Instagram, on Wednesday, February 20, bright and early at 7:30, they'll be holding their "soft opening."
