There will be two back to school giveaways at Victory Outreach Church locations in Bakersfield Saturday.
The first event will be held at their east Bakersfield location 220 Eureka St. from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
There will be free backpacks, haircuts, water slides, food, drinks, kettle corn, snow cones and more!
The event is first come, first serve and the child must be present.
The second event will be hosted by the southwest location of Victory Outreach, it will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Patriots Park located at 1600 New Stine Road.
A total of 500 backpacks will be given away, but you must register between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. and the child must be present.
There will be free food, hair cuts, a live skit/drama, live music, free face painting and free activities for children.
