On Sunday at about 4:15 a.m., a suspect is is seen in this video entering the Fastrip Food Store located at 805 Garces Highway, armed with a pump action shotgun.
The suspect demanded the clerk to open the cash register and place the money inside the provided bag.
The clerk complied and the suspect fled the area with an undetermined amount of money.
The Delano Police Department is currently working with the Fastrip Food Store to obtain better quality video and still pictures.
The suspect is described as a male adult of Asian decent, standing approximately 5'-8" tall and about 30 years of age. Anyone with knowledge of this crime is asked to call the Delano Police Department at (661) 721-3377.
