Tense moments caught on video after a carriage on a Ferris wheel got stuck sideways with two young boys inside.
It happened at the Central Carolina Fair in Greensboro, North Carolina Friday night.
"The ride operator immediately stooped the ride and followed safety procedures to safely unload all passengers," officials said in a statement.
In the video, you can see ride workers climb the Ferris wheel to stuck carriage and work to try to get it back in the correct position.
The video shows the worker getting the ride to swing back into the correct position as he falls to the base of the ride.
He suffered minor injuries.
Crews turned the Ferris wheel back on and safely unloaded the boys from the ride to their mothers who were standing nearby.
The boys were shaken up, but uninjured.
The gondola was restored to proper working condition and it was reinspected by NC Department of Labor officials. State officials approved the ride to be back in use Saturday.
