A vigil is scheduled to be held for the victims of the Thousand Oaks mass shooting.
The vigil will be held at 6 p.m. at the Fred Kavli Theatre at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza located at 2100 Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
