Celebrity Vince Vaughn stopped by Nuestro Mexico restaurant in downtown Bakersfield, on Memorial Day for lunch with his family.

Server Christian Castaneda said he's worked at the restaurant for almost a year and a half and hadn't seen a celebrity at the restaurant previously.

"We were working hard, like we always do, and we were very busy with Memorial Day, and we had a celebrity come in," Castaneda said.

Casteneda said Vaughn was traveling through town and stopped in for lunch. Vaughn took several pictures with customers in the restaurant and according to Castaneda, was very nice and down to earth.

"I knew it was him when he ordered," Castaneda said he didn't recognize the celeb at first, but knew his voice. Castaneda watched Vaughn's movie The Wedding Crashers the night before, and couldn't believe the star stopped in the next day.
