The Vineland Teacher’s Association protested the district’s school board meeting on Monday night to express their concern about Superintendent Dr. Matthew Ross.
Eleven teachers have already resigned from the district after allegations of bullying by Dr. Ross.
The teachers say Dr. Ross has publicly called them lazy for things like calling in sick or serving on jury duty.
The teachers have also been negotiating salaries with the district for a year and the teachers say they have gone nowhere. But the district says a pay raise isn't warranted because the district is underperforming.
Dr. Ross was not available for comment on Monday night but he did tell 23 ABC last week that the district is not really worried and that they have already filled all of the positions.
