BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Mother's Day is tomorrow May 9, and unlike years passed your kids may not be bringing home that Mother's Day card from school.

Idea Lab Bakersfield is offering virtual stem activities for kids who want to make an at-home gift for their moms this Mother's Day.

It's a simple pop-up mothers day card that you can put together with items found around the house. Idea Lab Bakersfield said participating in an activity like this gives the kids a sense of normalcy on this holiday but it also provides other characteristics kids may be missing since being at home from school.
