Tyler Vaughan, 22, a Visalia Army sergeant died in a car accident near a military installation in Germany. 

His father, Todd was receiving Tyler's belonging's from Germany when suddenly Todd's vehicle was stolen with all of his sons belonging's inside.

Luckily, Delano Police were able to find Todd's vehicle and inside his sons dog tags as well as other precious items that once belonged to his son Tyler.
