23ABC is getting reports of a possible bomb threat at the Walmart on Panama Lane in Southeast Bakersfield.

We're told by our crew on scene that employees are waiting outside and customers were also asked to evacuate the store.

This incident happened about 2 p.m.

UPDATE: As of 3:30 p.m., Bakersfield Police cleared the scene, letting everyone back inside. 

According to reports, someone had called the store to report the bomb threat earlier Friday afternoon. 

Police are still investigating the call.
