Wasco will be holding their 3rd Annual Dia de los Muertos Festival tonight.
The festival will feature mariachis, altars, art exhibits, and free sugar skull activities. The festival kicks off at 6 p.m. and runs through 10 p.m.
The festival will be held in downtown Wasco on 7th Street between D Street and F Street.
