BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory in Bakersfield which will last until 4 p.m.

Officials have also issued a High Wind Warning in the Frazier Mountain Park area, that will impact Grapevine commuters.

Heavy dust and debris are impacting roadways and neighborhoods.

The National Weather Service said the winds in Kern County will reach up to 15 to 25 miles per hour, with gusts nearing 35 miles per hour. Some areas in the mountains may experience up to 50 mile per hour wind gusts.
