BAKERSFIELD, CALIF. — The National Weather Service is issuing a Winter Weather advisory, warning of black ice for the West Central and Southwestern San Joaquin Valley.
The advisory will be in effect from 9 p.m. on February 4 until 4 p.m. on February 5.
Black ice makes it difficult for drivers to see and makes the road slippery, according to the National Weather Service.
