Lupita Gonzalez found her senior yearbook photo plastered on the side of funeral donation jars in Shafter businesses along with the fake name Enriqueta Nunez.
Gonzalez said she was even more shocked to find out she knew the man who had done this.
Several weeks back, Gonzalez placed her mother's car on Craigslist and was contacted by a man named Sergio Castillo.
Said the man made a remark about her looks so she cut off contact.
Castillo then took her photo off Facebook and used it to collect donations.
He is facing charges of fraudulent charity solicitation and is being held on 25 thousand dollars bail.
