The death of a woman found in a southeast Bakersfield home last week is being investigated as a homicide, according to the Kern County Coroner's Office.
Kern County Sheriff's Office deputies found 66-year-old Suzanne Hill-Martindale deceased at a home on Malaga Road on June 27. The coroner determined her cause of death to be blunt head injuries.
