Ventura County Sheriff’s Department and Bakersfield Police were called just after 6:30 a.m. to a mountain area close to Lockwood Valley on Highway 33.
Officials located a body of a dead woman who they believe to be Rosa Garibay, 41-year-old woman missing from Bakersfield since July 17th.
Ventura County Sheriff officials said they located the body just before highway marker 44 on highway 33.
