Zach Wargo loves watching cooking shows and enjoys pizza. 

Through Make-A-Wish and California Pizza Kitchen, Wargo was able to be a master chef at California Pizza Kitchen on Saturday.

Wargo suffers from titin myopathy, a rare disease that causes muscle weakness.

Friends and family gathered to celebrate Wargo's wish and sample the pizza he created when he visited California Pizza Kitchen headquarters in January. He designed the pizza with executive chef Brian Sullivan of California Pizza Kitchen.

The pizza features fig jam, applewood-smoked bacon, mozzarella, thyme-infused goat cheese, caramelized onions and arugula.

Wargo's creation will be available at the Stockdale location of California Pizza Kitchen throughout March. 

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the local chapter of the Make-A-Wish foundation.
