BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — There is still a way to pray with others during Passover while social-distancing yourself.

CityServe is partnering with local churches and faith-based organizations to bring to Bakersfield the first-ever Citywide Passover Prayer event. This event will take place on Wednesday, April 8, 2020, 7PM at City Center, 3201 F St, in Downtown Bakersfield.

The event will be drive-in style where everyone is asked to stay in their cars and tune into 87.9FM for audio.

“We are so excited to be able to host an event where, even though people cannot gather physically, we can gather in our cars and feel support and hope from one another even during this time of crisis," Robin Robinson, Community Engagement and Church Development Director said.
