BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — We at 23ABC are wanting to see how people like you are Makin' It in Kern County during this ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and Kari Osep found a family who is making the most of their time spent together in this new normal.

The Ackerman family consists of Brian, Sarah, Noëlle and their dog, Asland. All of them make sure to get outside everyday while balancing work life and homeschooling, while Noëlle, all but just five-years-old, reminds us of the importance of keeping it simple.
