Katie Prager the wife in the so-call real-life "Fault in Our Stars" couple has died, a family member told the Lexington Herald Leader. 

Prager fought cystic fibrosis. Her husband, Dalton Prager, died five days before of the same disease and both had lung transplants that failed. 

The two met on Facebook when they were 18 and married in 2011. Katie Prager, a Kentucky resident, had made a decision to stop all life-extending measures except for dialysis, according to the Herald Leader.
