A flight bound for Anchorage, Alaska, was reportedly diverted to Seattle after a man tried to kiss a teenager sleeping next to him on the plane.
The unidentified 23-year-old California man attempted to kiss the 16-year-old girl during the Alaska Airlines flight, which had departed from Portland, Oregon, according to KCPQ.
The pilot was notified and reported the incident to police, who arrested the man upon landing at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport around 2 p.m.
ABC News reports that the man cooperated with police and was arrested on charges of fourth-degree assault.
Meanwhile, the girl was unharmed and remained on the flight as it departed again for Anchorage around 3 p.m. No further details were immediately available.
