Bill Clinton's half-brother was arrested June 5
Posted

One member of the Clinton family is likely going to jail.

Roger Clinton, the 59-year-old half-brother of former President Bill Clinton and brother-in-law of Hillary Clinton, will be charged with driving under the influence following his June 5 arrest in California.

According to the Daily Breeze newspaper, Roger Clinton is currently out on bail and will be charged next week. Clinton will face a mandatory 48-hour jail sentence and could be sentenced to as much as six months behind bars, according to the Daily Breeze.

Clinton was previously arrested for DUI in 2001, also in California, according to the Los Angeles Times. That arrest came just a month after he was pardoned by then-President Bill Clinton for a 1985 drug conviction.
