LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Las Vegas Sheriff Joe Lombardo announced on the three year anniversary of the Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting that the official death count is 60.
The original death count for the 2017 shooting was believed to 58 until now. During the Sunrise Ceremony held at the Clark County Government Center Wednesday morning, Sheriff Lombardo confirmed two additional lives were lost due to injuries sustained from the shooting.
Mayor Carolyn Goodman will be reading the names of the victims at a ceremony tonight at the Las Vegas Community Healing Garden.
