Munchkin is recalling Latch lightweight pacifiers and clips after concern of a possible choking hazard for young children.

The U.S. Consumer Product and Safety Commission reported the clips were sold in five styles and about 180,000 units are being recalled.

No injuries have been reported. The items were sold at Babies R Us, Target, Wal-Mart and other places.
