Antonio Brown, a wide receiver for the New England Patriots, is no longer a Nike athlete, the Boston Globe reports.

Brown was accused of rape in a civil lawsuit filed just one day after officially signing with the Patriots. Brown was given a one-year, $15 million contract.

Nike didn't elaborate on the reason for their decision, only saying the athlete is no longer sponsored by or affiliated with Nike.

The woman who has accused Brown of rape met with the National Football League on Monday, according to CNN.

The meeting lasted about 10 hours. It's not clear what Britney Taylor, a former trainer for the Patriots, and NFL officials discussed.

Brown's attorney, Darren Heitner, released a statement on Twitter denying new allegations of sexually inappropriate behavior leveled against Brown.

Brown previously played for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Oakland Raiders.
