An Ohio man was arrested on Tuesday after “violating” a van, WHIO-TV reports.

Dayton Police responded to reports of a man “acting strange” on Tuesday as witnesses reported a man with his pants pulled down with “his genitals in the grill of a red van” that was parked on the street.

The suspect then passed out in a nearby yard before walking away.

Police later arrested Michael William Henson, 35, who appeared to be under the influence, possibly on narcotics, police reported. He’s being held in the Montgomery County jail on $2,500 bond on pending public indecency charges.
