A teleevangelist has purchased the estate of a well-known actor, and paid $17.5 million for it.

Actor Tyler Perry sold his 34,668-square foot mansion in Atlanta, Georgia to David Turner back in May, according to The Daily Mail. The preacher can now enjoy a lighted tennis court, gym, spa, infinity pool and theater, to name a few of the amenities.

The home, which is inspired by Versailles, is the most expensive home to ever go on the market in Atlanta, according to The Daily Mail.

Turner is also a businessman. According to his website, dtim.org, he spends his own money to travel the world and tell people about Jesus Christ.
