Bakersfield, CA - The Trump Administration has brought back the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, also known as DACA, for people who were brought to the U.S. as children.

The announcement is a major win for people who have been unable to apply for DACA since the trump administration ended the program in September 2017.

The administration had said that DACA isn't constitutional.

There will be a hearing on the case later this month in Texas, because several states are challenging the program.
