Sometimes the most adorable friendships are the most unlikely ones.

 

The bond between a tiny abandoned piglet and a puppy almost exactly her size is going viral, and we can see why. Just look.

The piglet was rescued by a family in Tennessee, which runs an Instagram account dedicated to documenting their pets’ adventures. The owners explained that they drove two hours to save the piglet, now named Piper, who was apparently left alone in the cold with no shelter.

 

It appears Piper is doing fabulous now.

 

 

We got an unexpected call yesterday about rescuing a baby that was out in the cold all alone with no shelter. So of course I could not imagine this baby all alone in the cold so we packed up and drove 2 hours to save this angel. We are not sure if she will make it but we are trying our best and she has made a little progress and finally started eating. I can't believe someone would do this to this precious baby. So now we have another piggy for now. Not sure if we are gonna keep her or adopt her out! And the piglet got more than just a new, loving family out of the deal – she also found friendship with the pint-sized puppy that who lives next door, the family explained.

 

Looks like destiny to us.
