The 2016 Republican National Convention kicked off early Monday afternoon in Cleveland. Monday's section of the convention will feature speakers from politics, entertainment and sports promoting Donald Trump's presidential campaign. 

The convention will culminate Thursday with Trump formally accepting the GOP's presidential nomination.
