Macomb County (Michigan) Sheriff's Deputies were able to arrest a suspect accused of stealing an ambulance from a hospital in Mt. Clemens over the weekend.

According to deputies, the 21-year-old man stole the MedStar ambulance around 6:30 p.m. when workers dropped off a patient.

Deputies chased the suspect through Mt. Clemens and off road before they were able to arrest him without incident after he lost control.

The suspect was charged with unlawful driving away of an automobile and given a $75,000 bond. He is expected to be arraigned on Tuesday.
