A Canadian couple returns to Royal Alexandria Hospital to thank a neonatal intensive care nurse who provided them extraordinary support four years ago when their first child was born after only 27 weeks gestation.

 

Four years later, the toddler reunites with the nurse. Watch the sweet moment in the video below.
