1.  Perfume

Sales spike at Christmas and Valentine’s Day so the March lull brings some great deals.

2.  Book Hotels

Hotels are a little slow right now and they're willing to give you a discount to book up those summer hotel nights.

3.  Vacuum Cleaners

This is a total head-scratcher. You would never really think a good time of year to buy vacuums, but new models typically come out in early summer so a lot of retailers are clearing out last season's models.
