TULSA - An Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper's car was hit while the trooper attempted a traffic stop Wednesday afternoon. 

Troopers say 36-year-old Sarabjit Singh of Bakersfield, California was driving above the speed limit on on I-44 westbound east of Highway 75, when the trooper attempted to pull him over.

Officials say Singh refused to stop, forcing the trooper to pull in front of the truck. It was then, Singh rear-ended the trooper's vehicle.

Singh was arrested and was transported to Tulsa County Jail. 

No injuries were reported.
