PD: Man drives kids to spray PP protestors

A man has been arrested after an incident outside of a Planned Parenthood in Arizona.

Tempe, Arizona police said 34-year-old David Turner was arrested for disorderly conduct and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

On Wednesday, officers responded to a report of someone spraying protestors near Apache Boulevard near Dorsey Lane.

When officers arrived on the scene they found an “unknown liquid” on the protestors’ clothes.

Several protestors were able to get the description of the suspect's vehicle and license plate for officers to track down.

Turner was located a shortly after the incident. Officers learned he purchased a super soaker and tomato juice earlier in the day.

Police said Turner drove his daughter and son to the location where the protestors were located. Turner’s 14-year-old daughter used the super soaker to spray the protestors with tomato juice.

The 14-year-old girl was referred for a misdemeanor assault and disorderly conduct. Turner’s 16-year-old son was referred for disorderly conduct.
