CALIFORNIA CITY, Calif. — The California City Police Department is looking for a man they say tried to break into a home twice.
Cal City police say the man showed up to a home near the Silver Saddle Resort on Tuesday and Wednesday night -- apparently armed with a gun -- trying to break in. Police believe he was driving a silver or gray newer Jeep Cherokee.
