The California Highway Patrol is reminding drivers that stopping on the side of the highway for non-emergencies is illegal - and that includes stopping to play computer games.

In a photo posted on the CHP - Buttonwillow Facebook page, a man can be seen sitting in a chair beside his car playing a video game on a computer set up on a folding table. It is unknown at this time what the driver was doing on the side of the road or what he was doing on the computer.

23ABC is reaching out to the California Highway Patrol for additional information on the post. We will have more information when it becomes available.
