A California-based judge has blocked President Donald Trump's executive order excluding people who are in the United States Illegally from being counted when congressional districts are redrawn after the census.

The order has already been brought to the Supreme Court led by the state of New York.

If the order passes California could lose a Congressional seat.

California has more residents in the country illegally than any other state.
