Fire crews in San Diego County are working to get control of a fire that broke out on Camp Pendleton.

According to KGTV, officials on the military base say the fire has burned 150 acres. It is currently 80 percent contained.

The fire broke out Monday night.

The forward rate of spread was stopped just before 1 a.m. Tuesday.
