SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and San Francisco salon owner Erica Kious continue their ongoing battle after Pelosi was caught on video in the closed salon without a mask.

Pelosi claims she was set up.

Thursday afternoon Erica Kious issued a response and also released text messages between herself and independent stylist Jonathon DeNardo.

Kious ended her statement by saying if Nancy Pelosi uses enough caution to be able to use a salon, so should the rest of San Francisco.
