A legal complaint has been filed against Pacific Gas and Electric blaming the company for starting the Zogg Fire in Shasta County.

The family filing the claim is blaming PG&E for property damage and personal injuries. The family claims their lives were in jeopardy forcing them to leave their home.

The Zogg Fire has covered more than 56,000 acres and has led to fourth deaths.

PG&E has not yet responded to the claim.
