LAX is now requiring travelers from outside the country or state to fill out an online form acknowledging that they understand California's travel advisory.

The form reminds travelers arriving into the airport that they should quarantine for 14 days after arriving and limit their interactions to their immediate household, unless they are traveling for essential business. Essential Business is described as travel for: work and study, critical infrastructure support, economic services and supply chains, health, immediate medical care, and safety and security.

Officials recommend that Americans stay home for the holidays and have a virtual celebration instead.
