PORTERVILLE, Calif. — The Porterville Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a 78-year-old man who suffers from dementia.

According to the Porterville police, Rafael Herrera Rios was last seen driving a blue-green 1995 Toyota Corolla north on Plano Street toward the Strathmore area. The car's California license plate reads #3NEW142.

Rios is described as standing 5 foot 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 196 lbs. He has gray hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing Dickies pants, a white t-shirt, and a white cap with a blue bill.
