The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's deputy who was shot in the face earlier this month is waking up at home.
Dozens of people lined up on the 101 highway on Sunday to greet Deputy Nicholas Dreyfus who was shot in the face earlier this month during a rampage at the Paso Robles Police Department.
Dreyfus was recovering at a trauma center outside of the San Luis Obispo county and got to head back home Sunday.
